I never stayed in a Candlewood hotel before and I can say that it was a very good experience. From the moment I ckecked in until I checked out. Personnel is extremely friendly and attentive to the guest needs. The room had a lot of space and having refrigerator and kitchenette was very convenient.
Internet conection was excellent.

The room and hotel are good, but the lock mechanism on room door was malfunctioning and 3rd time it took 45 minutes for the desk person to get the door open. the lock mechanism was fixed correctly the following morning. Room across the hall was having the same problem.

I actually had a blast. I stayed in the hotel for almost 4 months. I enjoyed the flexibility, the privacy, and the comfort of the hotel. Miss Pam was amazing and ALWAYS helpful and accamadating.
I would stay there again.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are comfortable. Stay here every time I'm in New iberia. Will stay at one in San Antonio next month. Hope its just as good.

I was charged fo (2) rooms. only stayed (1) night in (1) room.It was corrected with in a week or so! but seemed to be hard for the staff to figure out.
The 3rd shift front desk did all she could to fix th issue. Not her fault.

Nice room with full kitchen, BBQ grill outside. free dinner once a week. Free washer and dryers, only down side was about half of them were broken.

There was water leaking in the bathroom ceiling. It smelled like mildew. The toilet broke and we were told that there was no maintenance on call so we had to go a whole night without a working toilet. They didn't offer us another room or any consolation. The wi-fi didn't work in our room. When I went to the front desk, was told I could get tech support on the phone and handle it myself. It wasn't a problem I could fix from my room. The signal was not strong enough.
Staff was not helpful and room was not clean.
I would not recommend this hotel and I'm very disappointed.

Everything was ok till we got to our room on the third floor, had a two month old and a four year old, needed a lower floor, BUT. Several services promised were NEVER delivered including Wi-Fi. After several requests were made we were just told "sorry, it does not reach the third floor." Tried talking to 'tech support' but that was useless. Also, cell phone would not work in hotel, had to go outside to call someone.
