    Before you book this hotel, please note:
    1. you DON'T get clean towels unless you take your dirty towels to the desk (or if you call they might drop off towels)
    2. you DON'T get your room cleaned or your bed made
    3. you DON'T get your newspaper at your door
    Good location, but the lack of clean towels and no touching the room should be made known before you book there.

    I stayed for 3 days. I am a platinum member but did not receive any benefits. Room was unclean, lamps were not working and staff was unfriendly.
