Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean. We found the hotel to be very clean with clean updated furnishings. We actually enjoyed the extended stay concept as we didn't have to worry about what time the maid would come to service it. The staff was friendly and greeted us each time we returned. Perfect accommodations for those spending most of their time away from the room out site seeing. October 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Candlewood Suite was Sour At check in I was told what Candlewood does NOT do - no breakfast - no toothpaste - no daily maild service - that is - minimum amenities - even had to buy soap for their laundromat. The helpers who are very young - have serious problems understanding requests and complaints - I was misdirected to take a subway to the Museum of Modern Art when I had asked how to get to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The laundromat is complicated to use and instructions should be provided. The television has no standard cable channels such as HBO - no Guide to cick to - weird division between Analogue and Digital - Their idea of Movies - was loaning us a DVD. The major plus was the location - walking distance to Times Square. If you want a standard quality Hotel experience I would not recommend these 'suites . October 9, 2014
