Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Management in tune with their guests. The outstanding staff is what set this hotel apart. I mean the staff at every level. People loved their jobs, enjoyed interacting with the guests and did everything to please that they could think of. This level of service does not just happen it starts with the relationship that management has with its staff and continues to the relationships with guests. October 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room and helpful staff We recently stayed at the candlewood in north olmstead ohio the room was very clean and the staff were very freindly and accomodating our coofee maker was over flowing due to a clog we called the front desk they responded with a new one wihin minutes we needed to stay an extra hour the front desk said no problem they were very nice to us I would stay there agin if in the area the candlewood is very close to restaurants and churches and sporting events a good value for the money keep up the good work and thanks again to the staff, bill and diane pittsburgh pa oct 11 2014 October 17, 2014

This location is comparable to other we have stayed in the past, about 20 minutes or so to clinic, to avoid the cost and high parking of downtown hotels. Great hotel, with kitchens in suite. Only suggestion is the cook-top did not work as well as other hotels I have been in, but other than that, we were very pleased. Would highly recommend this property for a stay. October 17, 2014

Whatever I needed from a wake up call, to extra in-room coffee, to an extra day stay, they were very helpful to accomodate my needs, and always with a smile. October 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Management and Fabulous Employees I would definitely stay here, again, whenever we visit the area (with our dog!). The location is ideal, the rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Unlike some other hotels, the rooms were quiet and you never knew the hotel was sold out, or that dogs were also guests. The Manager and employees did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, especially during a difficult time for our family. They went out of their way to help us feel welcome and comfortable, especially Anthony and the Manager. A couple of the female employees at the front desk need to learn a few more things from their co-workers and smile more! Or, just quit if you are that unhappy. There are lots of great people out there looking for work who would love the opportunity. October 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Trip to Cleveland Had a two day conference back home in in Mississippi...and found this location because it as close to the conference location and cheaper than the other hotels in th earea. Awesome place!! Would recommend it to all. Only a retired military memeber I pay close attention to the US Flag around the organizations I frequent....they need to look at relpacing thiers as it has begun to fray. October 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tremedous value!!! I needed a room for the night - that was it. What I got, was one of the most comfortable, quiet, restful nights sleep on the road...ever! It was like arriving home in many ways. The room had a full size fridge, kitchen utensils, a huge desk/work surface, a large bathroom and a queen sized bed. The staff was awesome...just plain folk like me who could see I had a long day on the road and helped me get right up to my room. When I checked 4:00AM....Tony, the guy on duty, helped me run down some ice for my cooler so I could get on my way. He was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through Cleveland, OH. By the way, the place is located near a huge mall, many eateries, a Walmart for groceries and it is easily accessible from the highway! Book it with confidence!!! October 5, 2014
