    It's always a pleasure to stay at Candlewood. I love the two room suites. They allow us to put our four year old to bed at a decent hour. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We've never had any complaints. And cookies in the evening? Awesome! This is our favorite place to stay in Syracuse.

    I was in Syracuse for 5 of the coldest, snowiness days of the year. The staff went out of their way to help with transportation, dining arrangements etc. THEY ARE THE BEST!

    A good stay overall, let down by lack of hot water

    An ok stay. The suite was nicely appointed and functional. It is located right across the street from a grocery store and, of course, it also has the pantry. There was no hot water on the last day, which made showering or shaving impossible. Really ruined the stay for me because it meant starting a 15 hour trip looking and feeling horrible.

We did have an issue that was corrected that day, and we have now installed a new boiler system so this does not happen in the future.
