Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not so happy I frequently stay at Candlewood Suites. I called to confirm my reservation and let them know I would be a late arrival. When I arrived I felt like I was interrupting a social event. They could not find my reservation, luckily there was a room available. I was never asked If I was a rewards member. The room was clean. The fabric was missing from the arms of the chair. When I went to check out they asked if I had two rooms, the one I reserved and the one I actually stayed in. December 7, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Regrets Stayed a week at this Candlewood. I would not again. Upon arrival, found trash in the trash can and urine in the toilet. (Was not greeted or recognized as a Gold IHG Rewards member) The TV's were large enough, yet the broadcast (cable# picture took only 2/3's of the screen, basically rendering the size of the tv irrelevant. Talked to front desk about this issue three times, told someone would come up to check it out the next day, no one did. Until the final night of our stay. I said forget it. The 'recliner' in the suite was ancient, with many open tears on the headrest area. It was quite difficult to open and close as well. The internet was absolutely worthless. I had to use my cell phone as a 'tether' to access the 'net. Subsequently, I ran over my data plan. That's not acceptable. Front desk empathized, saying it was the owner's fault, that they constantly had complaints yet no one would change providers. The staff was pleasant but appear ham-strung to facilitate changes. I would never stay here again. Only reason I didn't leave was we had a ton of luggage #this stay was due to moving to the area, truck full of stuff# and didn't want to re-pack. November 26, 2014
