Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed pour service I've stayed at this Candlewood suites many times. Therefore I have all my crews stay there which on the night in question I had 9 rooms. Early that morning I made my reservation for a standard nonsmoking first floor. At which time I was assured that was not a problem. Upon arrival I was told all that was left was a smoking room on the second floor. After threatening to remove my crews a nonsmoking room became available. I should not have to go through this to get what I was promised. I asked to have Raj call me but I never heard from him. I was a loyal IHG patron but now I'm not so sure. January 25, 2014

Anything I needed was promptly taken care of, room was clean and stocked, fresh towels/linen, and smiles every morning. I stay here every time I have business in town. January 14, 2014
