It would have been an enjoyable stay if the front desk personal would have been more courteous and hospitable during our stay. The weekend personal was very helpful but during the week the daytime front desk personal was not only rude and unprofessional talking to guest and also the other workers of the hotel. Will not return to this location anytime soon. June 27, 2014

The rooms were more than nice and comfortable. I needed help with located the venue for the seminar and the staff was more than eager to assist me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay while in Pearl, Ms April 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pearl MS Review The room didn't smell fresh. There was food, dust, hair along the toe board in the kitchen area. The coffee pot was not clean. It still had dried coffee in it. The freezer had a sticky substance in it and clearly had not been cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was not clean and had a white chalky substance, probably tooth paste from the last occupant. The toilet bowl was not scrubbed clean. There was a white powder substance on the carpet next to the bed and food wrappers behind the night stand next to the bed. I have stayed at other Candlewood Suites and have had great experiences. I would not recommend this Candlewood to anyone I know. March 30, 2014

Everything is good working except I found that the TV channel list did not match the actual channels on the TV. This was only a minor problem as I just was trying to watch the local news and I missed a few minutes of it as I was trying to locate the correct channel on the TV. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. I dealt with two nice ladies at the front desk and both engaged in friendly conversation. They were both helpful at check-in and again at check-out. I have stayed at this property 3-4 times in the last six months and plan to stay again when I am in this area. March 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Impressed This hotel did not meet up to my expectations. I was very disappointed in condition of the rooms. The first room we were assigned to smelled, there was something spilled on the wall between the beds, drink rings left on the night stand between the beds, white spots on the microwave and the walls needed to be painted. I did go and request another room and they allowed me to change rooms. The second room did smell better, but the bathroom door would not stay open with out the hair dryer cord helping it. The walls in the bathroom still needed a paint job. March 19, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed pour service I've stayed at this Candlewood suites many times. Therefore I have all my crews stay there which on the night in question I had 9 rooms. Early that morning I made my reservation for a standard nonsmoking first floor. At which time I was assured that was not a problem. Upon arrival I was told all that was left was a smoking room on the second floor. After threatening to remove my crews a nonsmoking room became available. I should not have to go through this to get what I was promised. I asked to have Raj call me but I never heard from him. I was a loyal IHG patron but now I'm not so sure. January 25, 2014
