Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean This was my first stay at Candlewood and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was like a studio condo and smelled new. The laundry room is so convenient for long trips. The only negative was I booked the "STAY SLEEP EAT" package for a additional cost per night which includes "10 DOLLARS TO USE IN THE CANDLEWOOD CUPBOARD" When I explained this to the front desk I was told no they have not heard of that and I would have to pay for anything from the cupboard. The staff was wonderful; everyone I encountered was friendly and upbeat. They were obviously "people persons" and they made my stay that much more pleasant. July 14, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fan in bathroom I reported to the front desk that the fan in the bathroom was not on when you turn the light on. The front desk gentleman wrote it down but we never heard back from maintenance. There should have been some follow-up from management. June 11, 2014
