I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I had dental surgery and this was one of three hotels closes to that office and I chose the right one. My stay couldn't have been better.

Nice clean room, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and utensils all provided. Full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster in kitchen. Room and bathroom are of good size. Hardwood floor/carpeted room. Overall, a very nice room and amenities. My first time staying at CandleWood Suites and was very pleased. Will definitely seek them out when looking for a hotel again.

We enjoyed are first stay at a Candlewood. The room was well layed out and comfortable. The Aircon was a bit noisy, but worked well. We liked the amenities and will stay agin at a Candlewood.

My family & I have been staying in this hotel due to our traveling job locations. Each stay is always enjoyable. The entire hotel staff from the General Manager to the housecleaning staff are very friendly & willing to help our stay be a successful one. We recommend this hotel to everyone who ask our opinion.

Not only was this a no frills hotel, it should have trained the staff to take care of business. Every time I went to the front desk for even the most basic of services there was a problem either with their knowledge or the computer system. Plus it seemed as luck would have it, I would get the most incompetent or the laziest one behind the desk (how about getting up out of your chair to wait on a customer). So after a week of this I was done. Across the street I went to another hotel, with daily cleaning, knowledgable staff and even breakfast in the morning. The beds and pillows were nicer and the price was the same. Two thumbs down to Candlewood!

we stayed at a candlewood in fort stockton,texas the previous night.it was a wonderful experience. we were looking foward to staying at the candlewood in pearland but it was a big disappointment. we had lots of luggage that couldn't be left in the car.when we asked for a luggage cart we were told there were only 2 carts for 77 rooms and they could not be located.a man who worked at the motel ,but not behind the desk tried to locate one,then offered to help but the people behind the desk were unconcerned.we tried to get a cart at 11 o'clock at night....still no cart.we got lost on the sam huston tollway because when we called to see what road to get off on.we wern't told the right one,so we had to circle,the air conditioner was leaking,there was no dishwashing soap in the sink...very disappointing..

We stayed at the Candlewood Suite Pearland while moving. My family and I weren't disappointed. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. A great deal of attention had been paid to detail, while planning out these rooms. Everything was top grade -- from the bedding to the cookware. My husband is disabled and this hotel is one of the few we've stayed at that meets his needs, roll in shower, handicapped rails, chair in the shower -- everything was there!
Now for the staff. Rarely, have I come across friendlier or more helpful people than those working at the front desk. The manager made certain our room had everything we needed for my husband's special needs, he also assisted me with my computer. Another staff member made hotel reservations for us in another CW hotel while we attended to another matter, and on the day we left, a young man printed out driving directions for us. I am thankful that we discovered this hotel, we plan to stay here whenever we are in the area. Thank you!

had a problem with rack in closet(it collapsed with all of our clothes. notified front desk and it was repaired immediately.
