Candlewood Suites Perrysburg's staff is so friendly and professional, I felt like I was among friends and family! Stephanie helped me check in very quickly and told me all the things that the hotel has to offer. I enjoyed my stay very much and will recommend this hotel to everyone! The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, very inviting and comfortable! They also treated my dog very nicely and gave her a dog biscuit when I walked past the desk! Emily checked me out and gave me perfect directions to where I was going. The Cupboard had a great selection of snacks and frozen items it was nice to be able to cook in my room and not have to eat out or have delivery. My dog and I loved it here and enjoyed our stay very much! We will definitely stay here again when in town.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was nice,clean, and comfortable. Loved the bed except they do need better pillows.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I wasn't disappointed. From the time I checked in that afternoon I was greated as a Rewards Member. The young women who checked me in remembered me from my previous stay and she was very friendly, kind and professional. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. I plan on staying there on all of my visits to the Toledo area..

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Quiet room and location, weird A/C, and no IHG Rewards Club Recognition
Just passing through. A convenient location off the interstate with a large field for our dog to run and play in. We chose the hotel because it was pet-friendly. However, it left much to be desired. Based on my experience at this hotel, I would not stay at a Candlewood Suites again.
The front desk staff was good. The desk clerk helped us with bypassing the energy-efficiency feature of the A/C. The A/C turns off if it does not sense someone moving around in the room, so the A/C will turn off while you are sleeping and makes the room get hot. We were able to disable this feature so the A/C maintained the correct temperature without waking us.
The hotel does not recognize IHG Rewards Club members. I have been a Platinum member for several years. I am accustomed to being recognized when I check-in. This did not occur. I did not receive a room upgrade either. The hotel did not appear very busy.
The location was convenient to restaurants and the interstate. We arrived late in the evening, so the proximity to the restaurants was great for dinner plans.
Overall, just okay. We were able to get sleep, but I was not impressed.

I have always get a smile from the staff at the front desk.
The rooms are nice with a comfortable bed. I have never experienced any problem. 100% recommended.

The internet was non existing. Called the front desk, they told me to call their provider. The provider said it was an issue at teh hotel and the hotel decided there were too many people staying and using the internet. Therefore, the band width was so low, you might as not even had internet. I had to go to the McDonalds's down the stree to be able to complete some work. Make sure the hotel is not full, if you plan to use the iinternet.
