I enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood. I was surprised with the room and amenities the hotel provided. I do however believe that the rooms could use some updating. The rooms were nice, but looked a little beat and dirty. It wasnt from lack of cleaning, but just general wear and tear. Dont let this push you away from the hotel, however. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again without a doubt. To end on a positive note, the staff was excellent and made the stay that much better!

This is the second time I have stayed at a Candlewood Suites and I am hooked. I love the comfort of the bed and the quietness of the room was fabulous. The only downside for me was the lack of television channels I had the option of viewing. I got sick on my visit and was confined to my room and it was disappointing that 3/4 of the channels were designated for sports or news, which by the way was on a loop. BTW...I caught the FLU which had nothing to do with Candlewood.

the three of us took two rooms for one night in mid-October, a one bedroom and a standard suite.
both were clean and comfortable, with good towels, and no problems with respect to operability of any of the kitchen appliances. One glitch was an alarm clock in the one bedroom suite near the sofa, which went off at about midnight. Roused from a sound sleep, I shut it off, and unplugged it, only to have it go off again an hour later (who knew it had a battery??) After shutting it off again, I put it in the refrigerator, and didn't hear any more from it. We had no trouble from the bedside clock/radio/alarm.

As an IHG Rewards Club member, I was upgraded to a junior (?) suite that really surprised me by its quality, size, an luxurious appointments. It was on par with many of the 4-star hotels I stay at routinely during my 150 nights a year spent on business travel.
If I am able to secure this level of room for anything close to the price I received for this stay, this will become my preferred lodging source in 2015!

Good Candlewood property. No problems or issues, friendly and helpful staff. Is a little difficult to find so follow directions carefully
