The staff was very responsive and helpful during this incident, but the common laundry could use more security features to prevent things like this from happening. November 17, 2014

I have stayed at Candlewoods in Oklahoma City, Chicago, Las Vegas and Phoenix. All have the same comfortable feel that I have not experienced at other hotels. November 13, 2014

The staff has always gone out of their way to make my stay pleasurable and enjoyable. If I need to extend my stay they accommodate me without any problems. I recommend this hotel for anyone that is going to be in Phoenix for a day or longer. November 10, 2014

I could not have asked for more and if I had I know they would have made it happen. I say any new medical nurse, surgical tech or just regular traveler this is the place to stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff - Good Stay I had booked a 1-bedroom suite with my IHG rewards for the week. The room that I was given was in dire need of repair. The furniture was peeling and the couch well used. The refrigerator was leaning into the cabinet and the carpet was terribly stained with the room smelling oily. We stayed 1-night and requested another room which we were moved to a studio for the remainder of our stay. The room was nicer and acceptable even though the refrigerator and dishwasher could have been updated to match the room. There is a pool on-site and children were allowed to be unattended in the pool area. The area has many restaurants with Castle and Coasters just two minutes away. The area can be rough which we found when we stopped at a QT for water and was greeted by a police officer offering security for the QT. I would not stay here again because most of our time was spent in the east valley and made for a long ride across town. The front desk gal (Rhonda?) was very pleasant and accommodating. There is 24/7 coffee and tea for guests and I recommend drinking the coffee in the reception area, and bypassing making your own. November 3, 2014
