Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice bed Room was clean, with easy check in. Had "later" night check in and early departure, so used room mostly for sleeping. Bed was comfortable, temperature was comfortable. Full sized refrigerator was a little noisy, and woke us up. Saturday night stay resulted in noisy guests around 2:00AM (possibly arriving from Latitude 40), which woke up family. December 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff. Good location. I was on business travel and planning to stay for the week. Hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Property is in the process of [much needed] renovations Beware of room 121. It is adjacent to the lobby, needs updating, and is noisy. Ask for a renovated room. Overall quality of amenities nad services are good. Price is comparable to mid-budget alternatives. You may be able to obtain a discount. The only thing I really didn't like was the self-service housekeeping (laundry, towels, trash) as they only service the rooms once a week (probably how they keep the prices down). Aside from that issue, this property offers much, especially if you are staying more than a couple days. December 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by need better training of check out staff The accommodations were of above average quality. I will stay here again if I return to the Pittsburgh area. There were two relatively minor demerits that I will note. The first being the inability of the person at the reservation desk to print out my bill, and then failing to follow through with the promise to email me my receipt. I had to call and specifically ask for the receipt to be sent to me. The second was that the bathtub drain was fixed in the open position and hence the opportunity of using the bathtub as a tub was negated. December 15, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Inconsistent quality Stayed twice, within two week period. First stay was excellent. Spotless room, smelled brand new. Well stocked. Two weeks later, stayed in a different room. Dirty. Dishes missing. Dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain. Hall trash cans overflowing. Probably will think twice about staying a third time. Was not recognized as IHG member at second stay. December 11, 2014
