Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My stay Loved this place. Staff ff is awesome! The cupboard and lending place is a neat idea. I asked the cleaning staff to use my own blanket just once. She did what I asked every time they changed my bedding. No other motel has ever done that for me. Many thanks to Raechelle, Sandy, Candice and Brandon. Also to the maintenance guy (Hispanic) who changed out my ac. He did it fast and clean. He asked me a few days later if everything was ok with it.. If I do come back to Knox I will stay here, no doubt! August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fort Knox visit I have been traveling on business for over three years and this Candlewood Suites has been the best in the IHG chain that I have stayed at. My only comment is the room temperature, our system would either blow warm or cold. I could not find the "happy median" in the two nights I stayed. The beds were good, but my restless nights were due to personal medical situation. August 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, good service and Candlewood Cupboard is awesome I would definitely stay again. The WIFI was not working, but was a temporary glitch and did not really affect my stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and the TV had a good choice of channels as well as a DVD player. They offer free DVD's in the Candlewood Cupboard, a very nice touch. July 31, 2014
