Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Felt like a non-loyal customer I wasn't recognized as a platinum member. Was denied early check in even though the parking lot was empty. Didn't receive the check in platinum club members gift bag like I did on the last visit when I was Gold Status. Nice and clean hotel I just think the staff needs to be better trained in the dust service dept. I also requested room on top floor with view and got room on 1st floor with parking lot view. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not like other CandleWood Properties Where We have Stay Before The service at the front desk was lacking. We were not recognized by name nor PlatElite members. The front desk staff are dressed more like what the housecleaning staff would wear. They were not friendly and had no personality. Our room (we are use to being upgrade and were not) the refrigerator and the heating/air system were extremely loud. If this had been our first Candlewood stay we would never stay at another one however, we have stay at the one in Warner Robbins and the personnel and the rooms were exclellent!! We called for directions to the hotel from I-65 and NO ONe at the front desk knew which exit for us to get off. When they did, they told us # 91 instead of #102. #102 is a direct line to the hotel when you get off I-65 and turn left. When we got off at #91 We went thru a maze an extra + hr. thru Elizabethtown to try to find the hotel. It was truly and unacceptable experience. March 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for working on the road I was in the area working this place worked out well. The room had a great work space and with the kitchen it saved time in the evening not having to go out for dinner. February 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 8 Night Stay I stayed at this hotel while looking for housing in the Fort Knox area. The staff here went above and beyond what I would have expected to accomodate everything I needed. I would strongly recommend this hotel. January 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice new facility and friendly staff. Great experience each time I stay at this location. December 14, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was great, but... The hotel was great however; some of the staff could use some hospitality lessons. There were a couple of people that worked the front desk that would ignore you and when you got their attention they acted as if you were a nuisance. November 28, 2012
