Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff and service Everyone was very helpful, even though they were understaffed everyone was friendly. I believe you could use softer towels, they really scratch sensitive skin. Even though things look clean, they should still be wiped down, because it's hard to see sticky liquid that dries and dust that accumulates. As soon as I requested new linen, someone was there in 5 minutes to take care of me. Overall , just didn't feel I should have been doing the cleaning, tables and chairs were sticky. I travel constantly and just want to relax at a hotel. July 27, 2014

While they did not serve breakfast, they provided vouchers in their store, the rooms were extremely clean, and roomy. They have an onsite gym and laundry facility that made the week stay pleasant. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience but shouldn't allow pets!! This is a very nice hotel with good amenities such as full size kitchen. However, people with pet allergies should NOT stay at this hotel. They allow pets and our room had dog hair in it despite attempts by the cleaning staff to get rid of the pet hair. We had to change out comforters and re-vaccuum our room after having all sorts of problems the first night. Candlewood should designate "no pet" rooms the same as they designate no smoking rooms for people like us, who have bad pet allergies. I am not sure I'd stay at a Candlewood again knowing they allow dogs and cats. July 14, 2014
