Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fort Knox visit I have been traveling on business for over three years and this Candlewood Suites has been the best in the IHG chain that I have stayed at. My only comment is the room temperature, our system would either blow warm or cold. I could not find the "happy median" in the two nights I stayed. The beds were good, but my restless nights were due to personal medical situation. August 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, good service and Candlewood Cupboard is awesome I would definitely stay again. The WIFI was not working, but was a temporary glitch and did not really affect my stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and the TV had a good choice of channels as well as a DVD player. They offer free DVD's in the Candlewood Cupboard, a very nice touch. July 31, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff and service Everyone was very helpful, even though they were understaffed everyone was friendly. I believe you could use softer towels, they really scratch sensitive skin. Even though things look clean, they should still be wiped down, because it's hard to see sticky liquid that dries and dust that accumulates. As soon as I requested new linen, someone was there in 5 minutes to take care of me. Overall , just didn't feel I should have been doing the cleaning, tables and chairs were sticky. I travel constantly and just want to relax at a hotel. July 27, 2014
