We had a perfect stay for a week at Candlewood Radcliff KY. We visited our daughter and granddaughter just 10 minutes away . Making our breakfast in the suite was such a pleasant situation. I could work out on the " electric walker" and my wife could use the free laundry that was spotless. The staff was very supportive and the facilities were outstanding. The Resturant within walking distance and the Steak Grillhouse Resturant also a 3 min walk away made eating a joy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood suites in Radcliff. Rooms are nice and quite.
Except I was not able to access the internet. and the ladies at the front desk would not share that I could have used the Holday Inn, access code. They gave me a dial up cable. Shame on you.
Also the toilet, i asked for Maintance to come look at it. Not sure if maintance ever looked at it.
Over all I've enjoy Candlewood Suites in different states that I've visited.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The suites are more than roomy with a kitchenette and satellite TV. I was really appreciative of the free washers and dryers. I will definately stay here again in the near future.

Overall a great stay, especially if you are going to be staying for an extended period of time. Centrally located between Fort Knox and Elizabethtown. Recognized my IHG club status and got an upgrade without having to ask. Room was clean, had full Directv (not just a few select channels). The only issue I have is that the wireless internet was extremely weak on the 3rd floor, I could only stay connected for approximately 5 minutes before being booted off and having to try and reconnect. As a matter of fact I got a better signal from the restaurant across the street.

The staff went out of their way to be certain that I was provided for in every possible way. The suites are very thoughtfully designed. I could think of nothing that anyone traveling for either business or pleasure might need that had not already been provided. One suggestion: a written explanation of how to get the DVD player to work would be very welcome. I felt that I had accomplished some major skills when I actually, accidentally got the DVD running. At 62, the skills needed to get electronic equipment working are best left to my 6 yr old grand daughter.
The staff remembered that I had stayed with them last month, and never did get my iPad to work on their wifi system, so they worked with me and finally set up a special access for me to use. That was so very much appreciated! I had much work to do on the Internet, and had not been able to use my iPad before. They were very kind and even eager to help. That is more than my local ISP does at home.
I had noticed that they have many returning soldiers, who they know by name, personal and professional needs, and handle the many and varied requirements asked of them with speed, efficiency, and yet with a warm touch. This is a very good staff.
I especially want to thank Nikki W. for all her help and assistance in making the two stays I have had in Radcliff, at the Candlewood Suites so pleasant, and for her special attention to my iPad wifi problems. She found the right person who was able to find a way to make my problems all go away, thus allowing me to get my work done, then relax and enjoy the many amenities at Candlewood.

I was in Hotel prison for about three months. The service and especially the staff made it more than bearable.

I wasn't recognized as a platinum member. Was denied early check in even though the parking lot was empty. Didn't receive the check in platinum club members gift bag like I did on the last visit when I was Gold Status. Nice and clean hotel I just think the staff needs to be better trained in the dust service dept. I also requested room on top floor with view and got room on 1st floor with parking lot view.
