I was checking in after 9:00 PM and the front desk was unusually busy. I observed Tracy deal with an irate customer about something out of the local hotel's control. I was so impressed with Tracy's calm, supportive demeanor. She maintained eye contact throughout the exchange and dealt with the individual calmly and professionally - like there weren't 6 other people around. Great job, Tracy!

I was my first experience with an extend stay facility and was very easy to "make myself at home". My busy schedule didn't need to be interrupted with hotel issues and it wasn't. I had a suite where my wife could go to bed early and I could be in a separate room and not disturb her. That was worth the whole stay!
