I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived for our stay here! I have never stayed at a Candlewood Suites and had a great first experience! The rooms were great (beds were a little small)! The staff was very friendly and helpful too!

Front Desk seems to loose on file credit information. Have to complete credit application multiple times. Where does this paperwork go/ or should I say not go?

I was happy with everything except I had no hot water for my four day stay. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the the location was convenient.

The idea of a suite is fine for longer stays. Specifically the amenities. For longer stays, one can stock the refrig and enjoy a meal in their room. Myself, typically a short stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable, but offered nothing in the way of an icluded/adjacent resteraunt or bar.

I have stayed at this property 3 times and every time I check in and request my comp platinum upgrade to 1 bdr, they tell me that they "may have one tomorrow". This has happened every stay here. After driving long distances and unpacking I am in no mood to change rooms next day and they have never asked if I am still interested in the 1 bdr. They always have my platinum request in the original reservation. I know that upgrades are based on availability but they were far from full last visit and previous ones as well.
This is the only location where I seem to have this problem by the way.
