If I could change two things, it would be a better quality coffee (its Maxwell house) and more bathroom amenities (two sets instead of one). However, given the overall amazing value of your facility, I'll buy my own coffee!! The staff was pleasant and did the best they could to accommodate me and any questions I might have. The place was beautiful (and pet friendly, which I love). The rooms were about as close to soundproof as I've ever had anywhere at any hotel. The location to EVERYTHING is so convenient! We walked to the outlets and walked all over town. I would definitely stay here again. September 3, 2014

We had the freezer part of fridge broken for making ice and there was no ice to be had according to staff- no room change either. Also told front desk we were headed to a restaurant chain that is not there anymore and yet they never told us. Also they had put out outdated coupon books/brochures in the rooms. Great place to stay if staying a while as it does have a full fridge, dishwasher and 2-plate stove unit. But make sure you can make ice as there are no ice machines. August 30, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by TOO NOISEY - THE FIRST NIGHT WAS A HORROR AND THE STAFF COULD NOT RESOLVE THE NOISE ISSUE. WE ASKED TO BE COMPED FOR THE NIGHT AND THE MANAGER ONLY GAVE US POINTS. wE WERE TOLD TO MOVE TO THE SAME FLOOR AS THE NOISE SO WE PACKED AND THEN WERE TOLD THE NOISE CAUSER HAD LEFT THE HOTEL.. WE WERE VERY APRREHENSIVE ABOUT THE FOLLOWOING TWO NIGHTS BUT WE WERE FORTUNATE THAT THE PARTIES ABOVE WERE QUIET. THE SECOND NITE KIDS WERE RUNNING THE HALLS AND AT 1 AM SOMEONE KNOCKED AT OUR DOOR AND THEN RAN OFF. WE DID NOT TELL THE FRONT DESK AS AFTER THE FIRST NITE WE KNEW NOTHING WOULD OR COULD BE DONE.. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Everything pretty good except the bed and pillows The bed was hard as bricks, the pillows were too soft and there was no firm in the room. Also had reservations for 1 queen but got a 2 bed which meant that my hubby and I slept separately (full size bed for 2 people don't work). Other than that, overall, good stay. August 20, 2014
