The pool was perfect for the kids and the free DVD rentals were a great "extra" benefit! The staff was very flexible as we needed a later than usual checkout. Being a traveling contractor for many years, I've stayed at everything from a Motel 6 to the Residence Inn, and I can't say I've ever had a better experience than at the Rogers Candlewood Inn. Excellent service in every way, and the long-term rate charged was very reasonable. Love the availability of food for a late-night snack, quick meal, or whatever. Price of the items was comparable to what you might pay at a convenience store, or less, and you can pick up whatever it is you want (or need) without even having to get out of your pajamas. Room was cleaned properly and on schedule every week, without having my "stuff" disturbed any more than necessary. I may be returning to the Rogers/Bentonville area in the future, and I will definitely be staying at Candlewood. April 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay I returned to NW AR suddenly to attend the funeral of my elderly aunt. I chose this hotel because it was near where I needed to be, and this was my first experience with Candlewood Suites. I found the property to be an older property which is apparently popular. The bed was quite comfortable and the AC worked well so that I could sleep soundly. The property met my needs at the time and for the occasion. The location was ideal. I would not likely recommend t his for a week long vacation stay, but that was not what I shopped for. April 19, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Options for additional bedding and dirty kitchenware Despite having been a Priority Club member since 2008, I find that membership no longer has any privileges. Furthermore, my last stay at Candlewood was not a good experience. Not only they fail to provide adequate bedding for a third guest --they gave us a first and then a second inflatable mattresses, neither of which would hold the air and would lose air rapidly, which made us waste three hours trying to get accommodated. Then we found that pots, pans, dinner and silverware were plain dirty and had to waste additional time washing it all so that we could eat. I greatly doubt I will ever stay at this Candlewood again. We found the staff to be very friendly and professional. In fact, we considered them almost like family to us. They were great people. They were very attentive to our every need. A special "shout out" goes to Ashley, Kevin, and Jonathan. What amazing and nice staff members they are! The location was great and the room met our temporary needs until our house was completed. If you are in Rogers, Arkansas, and need to stay a night or an extended stay, then my wife and I whole heartedly recommend this Candlewood Suites location. You can't go wrong. C & A December 26, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great Hospitality & service!!!! Last time we were there, there were several issues that came up. I emailed the Mgmt. They got right back with me & said the issues would be taken care of. They even went out of their way to accomodate us when there with smiles kindness & great service!! When we arrived this last time, there was a small mix up with the room we applied for on the resevations site Vs. what we got when we arrived. They imediatley said there was another room available the next day at check out time like we had applied for & thought we had resserved before ariving. The next day they had the room ready & moved us right in!!! All other issues from the previous visit before this one were all taken care of!! As always the staff was aswome & hospitable. Took time to answer questions. Were ALL friendly kind caring and helped us feel like welcomed family!!! We will be back again!! Only other thing was pantry/cupboard was pretty sparse & not restocked while we were there. With the pantry such a big part of the values there, Should be taken care of much much better!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room cleanliness Overall, we were happy to have stayed at this location. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location made going to eat and to visit the attractions extremely easy. We had two issues with our room. 1. The lever on the commode broke. Within an hour of our notifying the front desk, the maintenance department return to the hotel and fixed the problem. 2. The carpet and the floor were very dirty. We came to realize the problem when the bottom of our feet became black walking on the carpet. We ended up wearing socks while in the bedroom. We address the problem with housekeeping, but it would/will need them to steam clean the carpets to eliminate the problem. With our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter with us ...... she did not understand why she could not play on the floor. If/when they address this issue, it will be a Great place to stay. We would/shall stay there again. October 2, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk staff rude and completely ignorant of customer service skills I wondered why this hotel chain was so reasonably priced on a big game weekend up in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Now I know why. Their rooms are dated, have extremely thin walls/ceilings/floors so you can hear every movement from upstairs or next door, they have no complimentary breakfast service that most hotels have these days and there was no hot water in the morning. When I complained of the no hot water for a shower and having to start my morning with freezing cold water, the clerk at the front desk said, "OK." Not an, "I'm so sorry that happened" or "Please let me offer you our sincere apologies for that awful start to your morning" she simply said, "OK" When I loudly replied, "OK???" she said, "Well I will have to get someone to fix the hot water and call you back. " I stated I wanted a new room and had to leave at 8:30 so I needed a call back soon so I could pack up and move my things. .....A call never came. So once I was dressed, I packed my things and called her. She finally said I would be moved to another room and she'd be happy to store my things for me until I returned to the hotel later that evening. .....This woman's name was Theresa, or Terri, or something with a T. ....... Having worked customer service for 7 years for a Fortune 500 company, let me tell you CANDLEWOOD SUITES that the first thing that should come out of your associate's mouths when a customer complains is I AM SO SORRY. They are the face and voice of your company. Her indifference, by saying ,"OK" led me to believe that Candlewood Suites couldn't care less if a customer is comfortable or not. Let alone pleased with their service or will ever come there to stay again. Believe me, I WON'T. Not to mention, I have told several friends of this awful service. Customer service fact: If a customer is pleased with a product or service, they tell three people. If they are unhappy they tell 12. I told a room full of women where I volunteer of my experience. I think about 15 people heard me. I reiterated that this was CANDLEWOOD SUITES so they would remember the name and not book a hotel stay there. Thanks for listening. September 24, 2013
