Overall stay was good. Had trouble with the tv remote and they brought me a seperate one to turn tv off and on. Would have liked to been able to adjust air more. Took awhile to get cool. Staff very friendly and place was super clean.

The staff was rude, broken glass all over the dog walking area, the phone in the room was broken, the mattress on the pull out bed was dirt and full of holes, and there were ants all over the room. Worst place I have ever stayed in the IHG network.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The entire staff was very attentive to my requests and needs. I would definitely stay there again if needed and would also refer friends and associates to this property if the need arises.

What more can I say! The stay was great! The staff was great! They took great care of all needs..... I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through or staying in Round Rock!

For the price, this was a nice hotel for my 10 day stay. The room and bed were very comfortable, full size kitchen. Also nice amenities like exercise room and complimentary laundry. My only issue was the TV in my room. I was disappointed when I wasn't able to get a good picture, and I kept informing the staff at the desk about it. They did come to my room a few times to try to fix it, but weren't able. On my 5th day I was told the cable company was on site and they would send them to my room to look at the cable. No one ever showed up. I asked the staff if I could change rooms so I could have tv for the rest of my 5 day stay. On day 7, one of the staff members told me I could change the settings on the television from HD to "regular" tv and asked if I would be ok with that. He handed me a remote and showed me how to switch to "regular" tv. Which ended up being all the available channels but not in HD. Come to find out I could've had this from the beginning. So basically for a week I sat there with no television working properly and waiting for it to be repaired... all some one had to do was tell me to change the settings, I left disappointed because I was offered no apology nor any discount off my bill due to the inconvenience. Bummer.

The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly to us during our stay. When maintenance was needed in room, the problem was fixed in no time and the people were very friendly and courteous. Hooray for the new TV cable service. So much better! I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Overall good experience. I would suggest it to anyone with extended stay. Good Staff, Wi-fi is descent. Wish reception area was bigger, it's just a suggestion!

Candlewood Suites in Round Rock is a great location. It has good and convenient access to restaurants and shopping.
