However I was gladly given another room when I reported it Staff is very pleasant and very professional I have been staying 3 nights a week for a while and will continue to do so May 13, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great bedroom. Uncomfortable pull out sleeper The room was very clean. All staff behind desk were polite. I did have an extremely 3 day ( multiple daily trips from my room to the front desk and back again) annoyance as my room key never worked. I constantly had to have it re keyed. After I threw a fit, they finally took care of it via maintenance department. NO compensation was given or offered. April 15, 2013

For me going to the Candlewood Suites is only something I can do every once in awhile, but since my rate got changed I can't afford it. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by ROACHES...TWICE! I usually stay here when I'm in town for Reserve drill, because it's a good price for what you get. The staff are friendly and most of the time it's quiet and I can get some sleep. However, the last two visits I have had other visitors in the room with me. The first time, I came into the bathroom to find a giant roach crawling on my toothbrush. As I was checking out that morning, I brought this to the staff's attention. I was told that I would be given a discount if I chose to stay again. On my return trip, no discount was given and there was another roach who joined me in the shower. This was the last straw. I will never stay at this property again. They have a huge roach problem and I just can't stomach them. January 16, 2013
