I chose Candlewood because the staff make you feel at home the rooms are clean and comfortable and the rate are affordable. January 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Place to Stay in Salina! I had an extended stay at Candlewood Suites in Salina for work. Found the staff warm, friendly and accomodating. Hotel is conveniently located on the south end of Salina. Rooms are spotless, modern and plenty of room for work and great beds. Each room has a convenient kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The work area is roomy with good lighting and the internet was trouble free. Climate was individually thermostat controlled and worked very well. One of the best places I've stayed in my years of working on the road. Great value! Would recommend to anyone. January 10, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My FAVORITE hotel experience. Friendly, warm, and wonderful! We always stop at the Candlewood Suites in Salina on our way to visit my parents in Texas. Then we stop there again on our way back. It has always been a wonderful experience and the staff is genuinely friendly. This past trip saw us trapped in Salina for an extra day thanks to a snow storm that closed I-70. Having to spend an extra day on the road is never fun (especially with an 18-month-old), but the Candlewood Suites made sure it was a good experience. The rooms are cozy, the staff is accommodating, and the pantry provides every convenience needed. As long as the Salina Candlewood Suites is in business, we'll never stay anywhere else!
