Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, but... Reservation made for "Standard Room". For most hotels these days, that means TWO QUEEN BEDS in a room. Get to hotel and not only do they NOT have a room with two beds, they have NO KING SIZE BEDS for couples!!! We cancelled our upcoming return reservation and stayed elsewhere for our return trip. This is a useful place only if you want the apartment complex atmosphere. It is the type of place you would rent for a week or more. The staff was friendly, but the lack of choice for room preference lowers this hotel's rating considerably. Also, no breakfast unless you BUY from their store!! June 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly Staff the hotel is fine, clean, & very well priced for the value they give you but I found the receptionist to be very unfriendly & not customer service focused. I was never greeted as a Platinum Priority Club member. Additionally, the fact sheet of the hotel was not provided to me as it should be. She also asked me to fill out my data & when I advised her that all these data are in my profile and accessible on her computer, she raised her voice and told me, "All Right". Vow, I am probably twice her age, a Platinum member of this company and she treated me like a child. That is GREAT SERVICE. I will make sure I don't contribute to her income at this hotel anymore. She also never went over the fact sheet of the hotel and I had to ask her about the Candlewood Suites since this was my first ever visist to this type of property. If she worked for my company, she would be looking for another job in a hurry. So stay out of this hotel. April 12, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't believe what they tell you about the shuttle! Prior to making my reservation, I called the hotel and specifically inquired about the shuttle to the airport. I asked if it ran 24/7. I was told yes. I asked again, because I told them I had an early flight. Again, I was told yes. The answer is really NO! It STARTS at 4:15, but it can show up as late as 4:30 because of other hotel stops. That was TOO LATE for my flight. So I had to get a taxi!. I had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle that the hotel supposedly had, did not run 24/7 as I was told. I do not expect much from hotels except a clean, safe room. But on occasion, I need the shuttle to the airport. This was important to me. The hotel failed me. March 12, 2013

It remained bad over the entire stay and it appeared that neither the staff or the providing company was in a rush to correct the issues. In one conversation with front desk staff the comment 'a lot of people are complaining' was made so I was not alone. Fortunately I had Internet thru a personal cell phone but I dislike using a personal allowance for business when service should be available. February 28, 2013
