Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value in overnight accomodation! Our unit was clean, comfortable and easy to sleep in. I will use Candlewood any time their is one available in the area I travel to. Have been a guest at their hotels many times in the past. My only caveat is that the telephone reservation system based in India is a little hard to communicate with....was concerned my request would net be recorded accurately, but it was! November 20, 2014

Like the comfort of the room, flat screen tv, arrangement of furniture, and powerful shower head. Shuttle to the airport was on time and we were off to Kona. Return to pick up car was very easy and very quick! I will use this hotel again for this purpose. November 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude and mean service desk Our 11 year old daughter asked for help in locating a lost item. The lady at the front desk was so hostile towards her that she made our daughter cry. What a huge mistake it was for us to think it would safe to send our little girl to try and deal with this on her own. She came back in tears. My husband went in to try and handle it, but the clerk was just as rude to him. We contacted Candlewood's parent company about it, with no response - even after multiple emails. Whatever you do, don't take your kids to this place! November 6, 2014
