En general el servicio es bueno, sin embargo hay oportunidades para mejorar.
La limpieza de las habitaciones se realiza 2 veces por semana, el resto de los días el huesped se debe preocupar por render las camas, sacar la basura, limpieza de la cocina y baño.
Cuenta con café de cortesía, pero solo aplica a la llegada, el resto de la semana no ponen en las habitaciones sobres de café.

This property had good reviews. I booked with confidence but was disappointed upon entering my room. The bathroom was in shambles and there weren't adequate towels. I complained and was moved for the second night of my stay.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly upon check-in. Once we got to the room we were very disappointed. Although the room is spacious and had good amenities, the cleanliness was below par. First walking in, the floor was very sticky and unclean. The bathroom door had crayon marking on the outside and dog claw marks on the inside (looked like someone had locked their dog in the bathroom and they tried to claw their way out). All of the furniture was stained and dirty, along with the bed having only 3 pillows and 1 pillowcase between the three. Also, there were no towels in the bathroom and when we went to call the lobby, the phones had no chord from the base to the handset, so we couldn't even call the lobby. When we went down to ask for a pillow, pillow cases, and towels, the staff told us "We had 30 checkouts this morning and our laundry is not done." There is no excuse to have insufficient laundry for people checking in after the set check in time. When we finally received our missing items they gave us a care package with 2 bottles of water. Overall a very disappointing stay.
