Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Fees I am a Priority Club member. I use my earned points to book hotels all over the place so I can enjoy the benefits of being a member. Usually it works great. However, this particular hotel has billed me for fees now THREE times. Each time I have had to catch it on my credit card bill and call to get it reversed. They cannot explain why it keeps happening. I won’t be going back… there are too many options in the area. May 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality bed Westayed in a 1 bedroom suite and the box spring was broken on our bed and there were no linens in the room for the pull out bed in the living room. The kitchen only had silverware for 2 and there were 3 of use satying in teh room. we stayed 2 nights and the same trash ( beer bottles, coke cans and dirty diapers ) were out around the hotel for our stay. I would exspect more from this hotel chain and will not stay in this area again. March 22, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Review This location is good and some of the staff are much more welcoming than others (Jo). However, the housekeeping staff continued to miss the details of cleaning a room during my 60 day stay. For example, housekeeping staff should be trained to note when there is something wrong in the room i.e. like a busted light bulb and report it. They should also not simply spray the toilets down with disinfectant and walk walk! I just feel that if you have guests that are staying in a room for a month or more, and the room gets cleaning once a week, then that weekly cleaning should be throughly executed! My only other issue was that a car thief seemed to enjoy using this location as his playground. It is unfortunate that I was unable to catch him in the act. However, I understand that management along with the police were working hard on the issue. Strangely enough, all thefts stopped shortly before I checked out. Overall, this is a good place and I'd stay again. There just needs to be some clean up of the things that make an extended stay unpleasant. December 13, 2012
