Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Daytrip base I spent 6 nights and used the place for a base for daytrips at the area by car. Self catering and a good night sleep were the things we came to look for. Both were perfect. Only downside was that the shuttle to train station runs only in the morning and in the evening and by request. October 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Customer Service and Disregard for Customer IHG Platinum Member- Not being able to locate reservation, upon late arrival 11:00 pm wrong unit type, even when confirmed by IHG. Toilet running all night, construction work outside my second story window via ladder @ 8:00 am, during a Holiday! Discovered that they cancelled my later reservation and switched unit type! Phone call was never returned by GM, when confronted at check out his response thought everything was handled! It is located in a VERY INDUSTRIAL AREA!!! October 13, 2014
