Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by South Bend Airport All in all it was a good stay. However, the pool was shut down. It had been shut down for months and I was not aware when I booked. I would not have booked had I known the pool was shut down. Also, we had plumbing issues in the bathroom. Tub would not drain and toilet flushing challenges. Staff was very very pleasant and friendly. September 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Place to Stay I was in South Bend to train a couple of new hires. The Hotel was gracious enough to let me use the business center & lobby to do my training. The whole staff bent over backwards to make my stay a pleasant one. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in South Bend. They even had a Thank You note for me when I checked in for being a Platinum Member ! August 17, 2014
