I chose Candlewood because I was staying 2 nights over a weekend and wanted to have the flexibility to shop and utilize the kitchen in my suite so as to have a productive work weekend, which it definitely provided me. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, BUT SLAMMING GUEST DOORS will wake you from a deep sleep This is a nice Candlewood Suites Property. Linda the head of Housekeeping is a Rock Star and one nicest people I have ever met... However all Guest room doors CLOSE quickly and beyond loudly when guest walk in and do not hang on to the door... These slamming doors are guaranteed to wake you up with a fright, even if you are the deepest of deep sleepers or on AMBIEN.... Also this property allows pets, but has no control to stop barking pets relentless barking, when inconsiderate dog owners leave their dogs in the room unattended for long hours....even in the evenings....So if you WANT to stay here make sure you request a room hundreds of feet away and also many floors away from any pet allowable rooms. The staff here- Layne; Tennessa, Linda, Steve and others are like family... It is unfortunate, they cannot "FIX" my issues noted above. August 12, 2014
