    This hotel was very clean and updated. The only complaint was there isn't an awning at the entrance of the building. It was pouring rain when I arrived and I got very wet unloading bags from the car since there wasn't an awning to pull underneath. Other than that, everything was perfect.

    This hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a standard two queen bed room. It had a full kitchen (no oven), including a full size fridge. The cabinetry, amenities and decor were all modern, clean, and more upscale than most finishes in this price range. The room, though not a true "suite" with separate rooms, was very spacious and comfortable. Besides the two queen beds there was a table/desk area with desk chair and solid chair, also a recliner in the room. Also had the typical hotel TV, shelf/dresser area and good size closet. All were in good shape and comfy. Bathroom was done very nicely. Water pressure from the shower head was okay, not great. The only issue we had at all with the room was that the bathroom door would not at ALL close completely due to the threshold being incorrect. This was mentioned to the front desk at check out, so I assume it will be fixed. The lighting in the room could also be better, as we felt it was on the dim side.

    One really nice idea was that they had a lending library of DVDs/Blue Rays at the front desk for free. The titles were current and great selection. We signed out a movie and watched in our room

    Overall....this was by far one of the best hotel stays we've had in this price range. Made me a little sad that we only had one night and that I had not stayed at a Candlewood Suites prior to this. Highly recommend.
