    Bad check in

    As a gold member at IHG, the check in process was very hard, the staff cannot find my IHG reservation and had to made a new one, it took a long time, and they told me to call IHG instead of taking care of the double reservation by herself.
    after hours staffs were gone, very lazy, refuse to check my friend in because they don't want go outside and reopen the front desk.
    Never got greeted as IHG member, no newspaper delivery in the morning.
    Poor hotel, trash build up every corner, smell bad.

    idlxt1992, We are very sorry to hear you did not have a positive check in experience with us. We ran into an issue last week where reservations were not dropping into our system. It was the first time this has happened while my guest service representative is working so this was a learning experience for her. She now knows how to look up a reservation a different way if this happens again but at the time, all she could do was make a new reservation for you. So when making a new reservation, she did not have your IHG Rewards number. Please contact management so we can give you your welcome amenity bonus points for being an IHG Rewards Gold Elite Member! For security purposes, we lock our doors from 11pm-7am and do not let anyone in that is not a registered guest at the hotel. Thank you for mentioning about the trash build up in the hallways. We take out the trash twice a day but sometimes that is not enough. I have just spoken with the team about this issue and will be checking the hallways more often. Again, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and please contact us at the hotel so we can add your IHG Rewards number to your reservation and also give you your welcome amenity.
