Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Inconsistency of front desk staff is the issue here. I literally have no issues with the room. It was clean and comfortable. However I do have a problem with the management of this hotel and the inconsistency of what is told about rates. NOBODY knows what is what surrounding the ISU rate. I do plan to stay here again -- I HOPE because my daughter attends ISU and it is close enough to walk to the campus. I just wish management would be concise. November 19, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Slept like a log As a smoker (for now), I think there should be a more confined area for someone to smoke without being in front of an entrance. I am respectable of nonsmokers who may be entering or exiting the building and recognize that they could be exposed to smoke. I could go off the property to smoke, but why should I if I pay like everyone else? Thank You. November 16, 2014

Only minimal issue might be it took a few minutes longer to warm up the room - once warm it was very comfortable. We would easily recommend this hotel and would stay in it again. November 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay We appreciate that this hotel is pet friendly as we travel with 2 small dogs. We were concerned initially that there would be no place to walk the dogs but we found the area to have plenty of green space between the hotel and the Hulman Center. Our room had plenty of floor space for us, the dogs and places for their crates. We were on the 5 th floor and never had any issues with waiting for the elevator when taking the dogs out for their walks. The kitchen in our room had everything we needed from a coffee maker to a full size fridge. The cupboards were well stocked with dishes and utensils. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel was very quiet. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The close proximity of the Clabber Girl Bake Shop made breakfast and lunch very easy. Looking forward to returning for a stay in December. November 10, 2014
