Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. Because this hotel is off the beaten path a little (not right off the interstate) it was very quiet. Room was very clean, bathrooms were very clean and felt like a real bathroom instead of a hotel bathroom. Full size Fridge in our room was really nice. Kitchen area in our room was really nice. No problems with the internet service. Overall a fantastic stay and defiantly will be staying again when the time comes.

I have stayed at this location several times, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. It can be difficult to find the first time--it is not easy to see from the I-45 frontage (access) road, and since it is a relatively new property it may not be on your GPS device, especially if you haven't updated.
No room is perfect. There have been minor inconveniences common to all hotels--alarm clock light out, toilet bowl not fully stable on bathroom floor, broken chair, faint odor of cigarette smoke as if just deodorized from a previous guest, etc. Mind you, these are not all from a single visit, and I didn't bother to contact the staff because I could live with them.
The free washers/dryers and fitness room are handy, and I have used them both. I get my coffee from the cupboard, so I have don't have to brew it in my room--otherwise, it's usually cheaper to get foodstuffs from Walgreens and/or Walmart around the corner.
There are no running trails immediately around the property--access to abundant trails is roughly a half-mile drive away (Google "running trails in The Woodlands TX"). I simply take a bath towel to cover my car seat afterward, to absorb my sweat.
All in all, a good place to stay. I have not stayed at any other hotels in the area, so I can't compare them. But at least the kitchenette is equipped enough so that you don't need to eat fast food all the time.

From the moment I stepped in I was happy . The front desk lady was super nice and super friendly my room was great. I travel all over for business and when I get back to the office witch is in Houston I tend to grab a room for the night instead of driving hour and a,half home. So I find your property perfect for my situation.
