Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service? I stayed at this hotel because I am an IHG platinum member. The room was clean except for the carpeting. My white socks got dirty so I knew that the rug needed cleaning. What I was disappointed with, was the fact that I was charged $50 for my companion dog. That is an awful lot of money for a widow to pay. Most hotels, including IHG hotels don't even come close to that fee. I won't be staying there again. August 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous front desk service! The lady at check in (I believe she was a FOM) was amazing! I wish I remembered her name but I do know it started with an A. Ha! Anyways, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely personable and welcoming. Kudos to her! I used to work in the hospitality industry for a very long time and if I was looking for a fabulous FOM, Id try to steal her! :) August 15, 2014
