Clean,very comfortable bed,kitchen well equipped. Dog path was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will look forward to staying there again if in the area. Many good places to eat in area.

This place just opened in the summer so it was nice to get that "new car smell" feeling. Rooms were spacious, bed comfy, nice to have a kitchen for the space and fridge. If you like a good size walk in shower instead of a tub/shower (like we do) you will find it here. Staff went out of their way to be helpful with advice on local attractions, restaurants etc. Will keep Candlewood in mind for extended stays as that is what it is best suited for. However, for a two night stay it fit the bill fine for us.

I am a platinum elite ihg rewards member and this is by far the nicest property I have ever stayed in and I stay in hotels over 50 days a year. From everything to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff I could not have asked for anything more . They were all friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure they had everything we needed. This will be a must stop place for me whenever I am through the area. Don't change a thing it is perfect the way it is. Have already left a review on dtop advisor for this hotel as we'll.

Great new property, friendly and very helpful staff. Would highly recommend Candlewood Suites to anyone staying in Tupelo.

New hotel with nice quality linens, well appointed kitchen, friendly staff, still some construction going on so lobby and halls a bit littered with debris but the rooms were spotless. Entry off street a bit hard to get into but adequate parking once you get in.
very nice for business traveler.

Candice at the front desk (general manager I believe) was fantastic. I arrived a day later than expected and she handled fixing my reservation without hesitation. She was training a new person at the same time and you could see the care and concern she had in training this new person correctly in a difficult situation. Being an extended stay hotel the front desk is your main point of contact as a customer and she handled it beautifully.
