Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff I used this hotel while traveling for the night. First time in this named hotel chain. Usually stay in the express brand. The hotel is a little confusing to get into at first as it is right beside another hotel chain and you don't see the sign at first. The other sign is high up where as theirs is down low, but you go thru both parking lots without a problem. The staff were friendly and very helpful during the entire stay. The room was a little smaller then I expected but was clean and the bed was comfortable. I prefer a harder pillow and that is my only complaint but the pillows here are the same all throughout the IHG chain. All in all a nice stay. Would recommend it. November 24, 2014
