No one came to clean the room. Needed room service and was asked to come to the front desk. Weekly cleaning of sheets with a note on the vanity "Bring your linens to the front desk if you need clean ones" was absurd. The customer services at Candlewood Sucked and price was way too much for what was provided. First time and last time.

For the many hotels in many different states that I have stayed in, this has been by far the best hotel. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The rooms are complete with almost anything i have at home which saved me from having to eat out all the time. They were kind enough to work around my working schedule to get my room cleaned. I couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. It truly was home away from home and plan to use this hotel again the next time I am in town.

My husband and I stayed two nights to attend an Alabama Football game. The hotel staff and rooms were excellent. Great location also. Close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was neat and clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that would made it better would have been a king size bed. We loved the size od the room and the way the room was designed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I spent two nights at this hotel. If I had checked the amenities prior to booking this hotel, I would not have stayed here. There is the assumption that most hotels at LEAST offer complimentary breakfast even if it is continnental. Well, not at this Candlewood. There is no free breakfast, no housekeeping service unless you stay a certain number of days, and there is no one at the desk between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. I am was so disappointed with the fact that this hotel did not offer these basic amenities. I did not discover that there was no housekeeping service until I returned to my hotel room at the end of the day and discovered that the bed had not been made, the towels had not been refreshed, and the garbage had not been emptied. I called the front desk to inquire as to why my room had not been serviced and I was informed at that time that housekeeping is only available after you stay a certain number of days. I expressed my displeasure to the front desk attendant and stated that I would not be staying at another Candlewood again. She said, "OK." Wow, what great customer service. She later called and offered "light" housekeeping, but I didn't need it then. I realize this is billed as "an extended stay hotel", but comparable exended stay hotels offer breakfast and housekeeping services. This was my first and last time staying at a Candlewood. I would only recommend this hotel if you like cleaning your room yourself and either cooking your own food or going out to eat. The only positive to this hotel is that it is easily accessible to the interstate and in close proximity to shopping and places to eat.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Edyse Nice suite but Very noisy
Nice hotel and very nice suite except that it was very noisy, unfortunately I could not rest at all, because the condenser air conditioning units are just outside by the window I have to listen to two very noisy fan motors all night long. Definitely do not book rooms on first floor.
