They are eager to help and they truly want you to be happy with every aspect of your stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. I was very impressed with the accomodations upon arriving but after a couple of days when turning in for the night around 11:30 we noticed tiny little ants in the bedroom. thank goodness my husband is an exterminator and knew what to do to keep them at bay until morning. we told the front desk in the morning any they took care of the problem immediately! Having access to their sister hotel property allows dining and a fully stocked bar. I hghly recommend thjis propery for both business and pleasure trips. January 8, 2013

The only problem we had was the refrigerator sounded like a fog horn when it cut on. When we reported it, the desk clerk offered to move us to another room, but it was too much of a hassle so we stayed put. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoy our stay! November 30, 2012
