Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Week vacation/business trip visit in October, 2014 My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the suite offered exactly what we needed for this trip. We had a non-smoking king suite with full fridge, sink, and hot top and microwave. We shopped at the nearby Food Lion and ate in most of the week only eating out occasionally when on the road. We are used to a waterbed at home, so it was more difficult for us to sleep in a regular bed; however, it was the biggest king bed we have ever shared and it was comfortable! Would recommend this to all. The front desk staff were great! got to know a couple of them by name and all were very helpful in our area questions; where do we find this??? etc... Loved the fact that animals can also come (we left our dogs home) but intend to bring them on our next trip. Having the laundry facility and ANYTIME coffee complimentary was awesome! I really liked the rooms and the kitchen. Overall the staff was very helpful. Even helped me take my bags to my room. I will be back when I come back to Wake Forest. November 2, 2014

The staff were super hard working and very helpful. This is the perfect place to stay for extended business trips. Rather than lease an apartment and pay rent,parking, fees, internet, gas and electric I just pay one bill. October 24, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice people, sleeping was hard I could clearly hear every word my neighbors spoke in regular conversational tone and every footstep above me. Some machine pumped literally about every 30 seconds. Two lights from alarms on he ceiling right above the bed shone down directly on my face while I was trying to sleep. The bed was made up so tightly it was hard to get the covers off. I'm disabled and was in an accessible room, and that makes a difference. Ally and Etna were big helps. If you want people to answer these surveys, you have to make it easier to submit. It has needed more pieces of info from me three times and it is irritating. I'm trying to do you a favor. The title says it all: When I'm in the Research Triangle Park (with its many hotel options) I always stay here, and no-where else, and I have been for going on 18 months now. The entire staff from the senior-most leadership to the newest reception associate and house keeping staff members have all made it their business to get to know me and my needs. One thing I need when I'm in town for these very demanding seminars is sleep: And I sleep like a rock on these very comfortable mattresses and the bed's linens/blankets. I really have never been more comfortable, except at home--indeed, some of the products I've found on the beds here have prompted me to go buy them for my own bed at home. This is very different from examples of when I have stayed at other properties in other parts of the country. Where I don't sleep nearly as well, or a comfortably. The location is not near bustling noise at all hours of the day and night, but it is within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. I am clearly not the only one who feels this way: Over the time I've been coming here, I've become familiar with other guests who, like me, continue to return to this property whenever they are in town--this makes this property feel much more like an apartment building, with "neighbors" I know and respect rather than "a hotel" full of strangers that I have to be weary of. I also love it that this place is pet friendly. Although I have never brought my own dogs, many of my "neighbors" often bring theirs, making this place feel all the more like home. I really can't say enough--I'm reluctant to do so too, because I don't want this place getting so full that I can't get in! :) ~Coach October 21, 2014
