Everything was great with the exception of no breakfast. Having the breakfast in the hotel is a major perk I really prefer. This hotel lacked breakfast.

Upon arrival, noticed the vent fan in the bathroom would not run. Also, bathroom sink drained slowly. Refrigerator sounded like a 747 taking off every time it cut on. Top of refrigerator and other similar room areas had not been dusted in at least a year. Bed was hard; if you have back problems don't stay here. Thermostat in room did not work properly; even when we left it set at a constant temperature the room temperature did not remain constant but fluctuated. Elliptical trainer in gym was not functioning either, plus it was a very cheap model, which leads me to believe it may have been repeatedly fixed and then torn up again because it's not a model built to take the traffic in a hotel this size. Most of the staff were quite professional, friendly, and helpful. But there was one woman on duty the afternoon we checked in who was rude, not interested in helping guests, and seemed to spend more time outside smoking than behind the front desk, which of course meant she was not available to help guests. (I am not complaining about the smoking, just about the fact that she was taking far too much time away from her assigned duties to engage in non-work activities instead of staying at the front desk and being available to guests.) I had to go down to the front desk about one issue the night we checked in, and had to stand there at least 10 minutes with a couple who had just arrived and wanted to check in before this woman showed up. This was not late at night either; it was well before 8:00 p.m.

I really did enjoy my stay at Candlewood Suite. My rating would have read excellent across the board if only the bed was more stable and less noisy which resulted in poor quality of sleep. Also my husband and I used the gym only the find out that the treadmill was out commission and the elliptical was not running properly. And to top that off there was no water in the water cooler. I really hope that these areas of concern get fix. I wouldn't mine trying another Candlewood Suites.

I know this hotel is dog friendly, but you would never know they had dogs there. No smell and everything was very clean. The staff was also very efficient. I would most definitely recommend the Candlewood Suites.

Satisfactory! The stay was great and the location was nice. Enjoyed everything about it. They have great rooms with a kitchen so what else can one ask for.

I have visited this property about 5 times and find it to be equally satisfying each time. Clean rooms and a great staff. Highly recommended and I will stay here anytime I am in the area.

We used hotel points for a free stay on 10/8. The hotel was about 2 miles from the interstate and just off the main drag in town. There are many restaurants of all kinds nearby, many of which were within walking distance. There is plenty of free parking available with good lighting so the area appears secure.
Since this is an "extend stay" type hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained the hotel was. We found a clean safe parking lot, friendly and helpful front desk clerk who was on duty 24 hours, a good exercise room and on site laundry, and a well stocked pantry on the honor system to get snacks if needed.
Our room had two double beds which had fresh sheets and were very comfortable. The living space was immaculate, well designed, large enough and everything in the room was very well maintained. The HVAC was new with a digital thermostat control on the wall. There were plenty of new fresh towels. The kitchen area was well equipped and clean. There was also a full size fridge and full size microwave in the room along with a full size dishwasher and all dishware/cookware you may need. There was also a nearly new recliner that was quite comfortable and a work desk. Lighting in the room was very good and the carpets were clean and unstained. The TV was a flat-screen with plenty of channels, but a bit smaller than we would have liked.
All in all we were very impressed with the hotel and Warner Robins area.. When in the area, we will stay there again for a single night pass through or for weeks at a time..
