    confusion about rate for events

    stool did not work and when called to make a reservation they did not know about the civil war rate.they said they had a reduced rate for wheaton college.Then I was connected to someone about a time share.In the end I don't know if I got the civil war rate.

    Comfortable room, large space, and worth the price. But I couldn't find any staff at the front desk...

    Good service but not very good room cleaning

    I stayed there for a month when I first moved to the area and in general the stay was good. Good room and service at the front desk.

    I am not very satisfied with the cleaning service as sometimes the necessary cleaning (dishwasher soup for example) products were not replaced. And I noticed that my personal skin care product has been opened and used., which was the main complaint about the stay.
