We called from the road to see if they could get us in early and when we arrived we were able to check-in, this was appreciated. But what really stands out is the level of customer service we received, we were greeted by MARY who really sets the standard in our opinion, she was so very friendly, very helpful and took the time to explain everything and made sure we were taken care of. I stayed at many 5 star hotels over my years but the level of service was world class, she sets the standard. We spoke like we were best friends for years, this was very refreshing and warrants all of our future business at this location. The room was spotless, very quiet and so very clean, almost looks brand new. The young guy who works the counter at night was also very friendly and helpful, it was his 2nd night he stated, he did a great job. Thank You for making our stay excellent in everyway, shape and form ..... Mary, you are one of the best people I have ever encountered at a hotel, thank you for providing such world class service. As my travel plans frequently changed unexpectedly at times, it seems i can always call either Kristi or Amy and these two kiddos somehow come through for me in a fabulous way. The rooms are always clean and stocked correctly with the proper amenities. Keep up the caring spirit girls! September 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The most Excellent place I have ever stayed! You have the best staff in the country, Christine and Qori are the best of the best! There was never a time I didn't get anything but the professional attention that everyone deserves. I am so spoiled now that no place will ever match up the yours. The entire staff is excellent from Bernard to the housekeeping staff and especially Amy one of night clerks were excellent. I actually really hated that I had to leave and I am from Texas. It was a bittersweet departure! April 26, 2013
