Many mahalos to Christy, Ryan, Darlene, Tom and even the weekly regular, Bill for us feel so welcomed and part of the ohana. They are what made the Candlewood a place to remember and want to revisit next year for pony baseball. August 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Clean!! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for approximately one month. The staff was very accommodating. I cannot say enough about their excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hallways and elevators were also clean. The exterior of the building was very well kept providing a gazebo with grills for cooking. The fitness center and laundry facilities were very nice to have at our fingertips. The location was excellent, right off the interstate, very close to restaurants, casino and outlet stores! Called the hotel talked with Christy. I gave her a FedEx number, she retrieved the book from the room and sent it to my home. That's service!!! Thanks, Christy!!! The Madisons July 5, 2014

Pros: Good customer svc, clean, nice towels and comfortable mattress, easy parking, secure wi-fi for business purposes, great value in comparison with other suites in the area, washer and dryer in-house. Cons: No breakfast but it is a suite with a kitchen, limited gym equipment. May 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wheres the maid? I was surprised to find out there was no maid service, but wasn't that big a deal. We got fresh towels at the desk. It was a bigger deal not having any breakfast. It was the first place that I have stayed in quite a while that did not provide it. The staff was great and everything was very clean which, of course, would be the deal breaker if otherwise. I'd recommend it long as you know up front, no maid service (except weekly) and no chow. We called from the road to see if they could get us in early and when we arrived we were able to check-in, this was appreciated. But what really stands out is the level of customer service we received, we were greeted by MARY who really sets the standard in our opinion, she was so very friendly, very helpful and took the time to explain everything and made sure we were taken care of. I stayed at many 5 star hotels over my years but the level of service was world class, she sets the standard. We spoke like we were best friends for years, this was very refreshing and warrants all of our future business at this location. The room was spotless, very quiet and so very clean, almost looks brand new. The young guy who works the counter at night was also very friendly and helpful, it was his 2nd night he stated, he did a great job. Thank You for making our stay excellent in everyway, shape and form ..... Mary, you are one of the best people I have ever encountered at a hotel, thank you for providing such world class service. As my travel plans frequently changed unexpectedly at times, it seems i can always call either Kristi or Amy and these two kiddos somehow come through for me in a fabulous way. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The most Excellent place I have ever stayed! You have the best staff in the country, Christine and Qori are the best of the best! There was never a time I didn't get anything but the professional attention that everyone deserves. I am so spoiled now that no place will ever match up the yours. The entire staff is excellent from Bernard to the housekeeping staff and especially Amy one of night clerks were excellent. I actually really hated that I had to leave and I am from Texas. I can also understand not changing out the sheets everyday too, but I just think it would have been nicer if at least the beds were made on a daily basis. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Some issues The heating unit in our room was apparently not configured for winter use, but still set on summer use. That meant whenever we turned the heat on, the A/C also kicked in. The result was the unit fighting with itself well after midnight, and again in the very early hours of the morning, making a horribly loud grinding sound and we eventually had to turn off the heat in the room. Since it was in the low 20's outside, our room got cold quickly. The front desk did bring us extra blankets, and they sent a maintenance person to fix the unit at a reasonable hour later in the morning. The remote control was not working, we had to get a new one from the front desk. The room was great otherwise, and the staff was very nice about letting us have a late check out on the morning of our departure, to accommodate the weather problems we encountered. January 6, 2013
