    Room was fair

    My overall view of my stay is fair. The cupboard in the lobby to get snacks was very poorly stocked. No water for purchase and snacks not a lot of variety. The coffee pot in our room was disgusting. It had black dry pieces of something in the place where you put the water to make coffee. The ice machine in our refrigerator didn't work and the hotel receptionist didn't have a container to put ice in from the snack area she used a plastic bag. I won't stay at this hotel again not for what they charge to stay there. No a good experience!!!!

    I was forced to stay in town due to my wallet and passport being stolen. Thankfully my wife had a credit card to make the reservation. The next day we were going to check out and go home since the police had found nothing when a phone call came in and someone had found my passport!
    The front desk was so helpful letting us check out much later than planned and we returned home knowing that they were our partners.

    I am very upset with several things:
    1. Freezing cold draft from window and window casing.
    2. Remote control did not work, replaced with different remote and it still did not work.
    3. In order to get the jets turned on in the hot tub, you must go to the front desk and ask for them to be turned on. This is very inconvenient when you are already in the hot tub. So I had to get out, go to the front desk and ask for the jets to be turned on.
    4. Refrigerator/freezer made very loud and clunking noises in the middle of the night.
    5. I could hear the guests next to us going to the bathroom, showering and flushing.
    6. Pet deposit is non-refundable so really it should be considered a fee/charge and it should be based on the size/type of pet. $75.00 is an outrageous charge.
    7. There is no breakfast service or restaurant for the convenience of guest.
    8. The pool was freezing cold.
    9. The staff simply did not care.
    10. Uncomfortable beds.
    I will not recommend this place nor ever stay at one again.
