Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from ome Loved the free laundry service! Also liked being able to get fresh towels, etc. as needed. Very accommodating staff! My husband enjoyed the pool! We did not use the pantry but it looked like a good option if you needed it. The coffee was also good. They offer a good rewards program! April 30, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by wet towels and spoiled milk First of all, I did not find the staff friendly or helpful. I had called ahead as I was lost in finding it and the staff told me to stay on the same road (which came to a T and I did not know which direction to take - I had to call a friend to help me find it). This was my first stay at a Candlewood suite and I asked about breakfast, the staff said there is none. They did not tell me about the copboard (I learned that reading some material in the room). The milk in the cupboard had an expiration date of a week ago. My bath towels were very damp and I had to hang them out so they would be dry by morning. Other than that, my night went fine. This was the first priority club hotel that I did not get some kind of gift or something for being a member. They did say "thank you" though for being a memeber. Upon checkout the guy at the front desk was very nice. When I returned home and viewed my credit card statement, I found that I was charged more for the room than what I had booked it for. When I called, af first the staff was not cooperative and was refusing to change what I was charged for the room, even after they talked to the manager. I asked to talk to the manager and initially was denied. The manager (Ken) finally got on the phone with me after I had asked for the corporate number. He said he will allow the lesser rate that I booked the room on. March 9, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Loud room The water pipes were very loud. You could hear water coming down the pipes near your head whenever the toilet was flushed,or when people above were in the shower. i complained to the front desk with no results.i travel 150 nights a year and this is one of the worst for noise.
