Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Have been there in better rooms If I had not been there before I would have been very disappointed in he quality of the room. Carpet was old and patched. Chair was worn and frayed. Bed sagged. Not the quality of the room we stayed in past 2 yrs. Will try another place next year. Staff was as great as always. November 19, 2014

The staff was very accommodating and made sure that we were helped in every way. Upon seeing our suite for the first time, we were amazed at the space and great set up of the room. A full size refrigerator when you have kids is wonderful, as well as all the storage available. I can't say enough about the staff and the suite. I can't wait to come back again (asap). The staff were very helpful to make sure my stay was plesent, even though I kept changing my checkout date. When ever I needed anything they were glad to help. Kudos to the staff at West Springfield.
