Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed!!!!! When I arrived my room was freezing. I turned the heat on and called the front desk. They brought me 3 blankets. I was not planning on camping. It took greater than an hour after I turned the heat on before I felt like I was actually inside. I certainly did not feel like a Platinum member. Worst experience I have had by far. I got very little sleep because I was froze. Staff just kept blaming it on someone else. Certainly not an IHG experience. Disgusted!!!! December 11, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Miserable Night Expected better since this was a Candlewood Suites. Interior of hotel was dark and dingey, Thermostat in room was not working. Room temp could not be adjusted. Furniture in room was poor and needs replacing. Bed uncomfortable. If not for the professionalism of staff, would have gone to hotel next door . December 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Owner getting cheap The first time we stayed at this hotel, there was a free breakfast, cookies every afternoon and in the morning, a bag with a piece of fruit and a danish. Now, no free breakfast (it will cost you $7 even for a child), no cookies on weekends and you now have to pay if you want that fruit and danish. Some of the prices in the cupboard are outrageous and items cost more there than at a gas station! November 25, 2014

The room and bathroom was clean. The only thing this room needs is you and your personal stuff. If you do feel like you need something else, the staff is right there for you 24/7. November 23, 2014
