    I have stayed here many times. Always had very good stays. I am here on business. I look forward to a good breakfast before I leave on my work. The owner has changed that. All of the other hotels in the area have a morning breakfast. I may have to start staying at another hotel.

    When I arrived my room was freezing. I turned the heat on and called the front desk. They brought me 3 blankets. I was not planning on camping. It took greater than an hour after I turned the heat on before I felt like I was actually inside. I certainly did not feel like a Platinum member. Worst experience I have had by far. I got very little sleep because I was froze. Staff just kept blaming it on someone else. Certainly not an IHG experience. Disgusted!!!!
