Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Your guest staff was great and helped my daughter print her eulogy when the common area printer didn't work. Also houskeeper Ms. Hahn (sp?) and her son went above and beyond when we couldn't find our cat. They both dropped what they were doing and helped us find him even though it probably lengthened their work day. I cannot describe how important this was to me and my family. Thank You! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great little suite We needed a brief overnight stop on a road trip. This was a perfect little unit. Only problem I had was the bed so close to wall on my side; a few more inches would have made a comfortable difference. Big surprise was food store that had everything we could have wanted to fix a meal in the suite; there were also plenty of eating places close by. Close to freeway (and train) but so well insulated did not hear any noise inside. Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Great value. Nice sack "breakfast" on way out. October 15, 2014

We were in town for a college volleyball tournament and when we arrived at the hotel (10pm) we checked in and notice young kids were running the muck -- When I asked the MGT what was going on the manager told me there was a baseball playoffs for young kids! I told him well I sure hope they will take care of the running and the noise level -- he stated that the kids won't listen to him.. I then said, YOU need to tell the parents' that if their children won't settle they will have to leave! Very sad to say the Management did NOTHING!!! NOTHING at all to reduce these obnoxious kids and did nothing to comp us on our visit! Our room was on the first floor which was old and above our room sounded like a racetrack of kids running! I would of left but all the rooms were taken in the area! Very sad that folks who have children do not want to be accountable for them.. I would of never allowed my kids to behave that way! I will NEVER go back nor advise anyone to go here! Sad but management did nothing and needed a course in management 101! Very sad and spineless! NEVER again! Do yourself a favor and chose another stay! October 7, 2014
