The food makes up for the location.
I actually stayed at this HI the very first night it opened, but change in Corporate Policy at work and it had not appeared for some time.
The location is awful, but don't worry about that, just
dine in the restaurant as Chef Graham is simply fantastic.
I went for the a la carte menu, pigeon followed by venison and it was sublime.
The first bottle of red that was opened to breathe was corked, and there was no fuss about changing the bottle, and the front of house team in the restaurant were attentive but not intrusive, professional and friendly - what more could you ask for. [Less]
