Stayed 3 nights in an Executive room whilst at a conference at the hotel.
There is a large public car park at the side of the hotel which is convenient and the hotel gets a discount which is
helpful. Hotel is also handy for shops and eating out. Rooms are small and usual London prices.
Executive room had all of the usual features and was well equipped yet there was actually too much furniture for the size of the room and so no where then to put your suitcase!! Bed was awful, like sleeping on a piece of hardboard that flexed as you moved with our pet hate of roll together... you felt like you had to cling onto the edge of the bed to stay on your side!! Free TV channels are basic.
Breakfast was buffet which had all of the usual things, basic not extensive. No Marmite! Service was quick and friendly.
Conference facilities are excellent.
Everywhere clean and well presented
Staff are excellent and take responsibility and initiative. [Less]
