Globally the hotel is OK.
However, there is a very important issue that I have mentioned many times to the management:
The ability of staff to speak english.
In my opinion IHG shall take care about
the personnel find the way to send them to school to learn english. They work very hard to serve guests in a good manner but even they try to spesk english, they need much more for the good sake of them and for the hotel reputation. [Less]
