I Stay in standard room and I like all feature in this room. The bed is big and comfortable and the size of room is suitable. Also the bathroom is organize by good way and clean. I relaxing that night in this room.

On arrival and departure, concierge always lend a helpful hand with the luggage. They have good knowledge of local whereabouts, phone cards. The manager even points me to the right bank ATM to draw cash. Wow, wouldn't it be nice if I could draw cash from him instead ! :)
Food in the Gardens is fantastic. Love the seafood buffet on Mon/Tue nights. Staff of the restaurant are unbelievable - treat you like brothers and sisters, and you never feel lonely. Can't resist the freshly baked croissants personally served by the chef in the morning, and the chefs are hanging around to listen to your needs as well - try asking them to cook you a dish of dragon head with chicken wing - they might be able to do it ! :)
Managers and staff at the front desk are marvellous. Greet you with smiles, and always listen to and go an extra mile to accommodate your needs.
Room is cosy, comfortable and clean, although it is susceptible to minor noise from the loud music on weekend afternoon (that is tolerable given it is fun time). Automatic aircond is not quite 'automatic' though (OK, I have to find some things to criticise, don't I?).
Foyer and building look is not as grand as many other resort hotels, but for business trips, I do not need a Palace, just somewhere like 'home' to stay with.

I found the staff of this hotel very courteous. Infact the rooms are luxurious too.

Had to stay at the Crown Plaza, Abu Dhabi because my regular Hotel was full.
I was thouroghly impressed with staff and atmosphere, and when I missed my return flight they kindly accomodated me for a second night without a reservation,
The rooftop bar is a little piece of heaven at night, and you couldnt ask for more in their dining areas.
Two Thumbs Up!!

I had a stay in Crowne Plaza, Abu Dhabi for 2 months between Feb to April. I did enjoy every moment of my stay there. All the staffs of the hotel ranging from reception, guest services,housekeeping, room service, kitchen, restaurant were extremely helpful, supportive, courteous, pro-active and professional. I did receive a truly 5-star treatment indeed. They tried and provided with everything that I could ask for. I named it, I had it. Initially I was put up in a room without kitchen while I preferred cooking for myself. I requested them for shifting me to a room with kitchen and that was done immediately. Without further delay, cooking utensils were provided and the mini refrigerator was not working.So I got back from work just to discover a huge refrigerator was put up in the room. I requested for additional newspaper of my choice and started receiving the same from very next morning without any fail.At breakfast once I was about to make a face wondering the menu was getting repetitive and before I could express myself Chef Javed from The Garden approached and asked what I wished to have. And he served it magically on my table exactly within 5 mins, the time he committed, not sure how!A special word of thanks and appreciation for him who has been extremely pro-active in understanding guests' tastes and requirements and has made me feel home away from home by supplying my favorite Indian dishes :)his professionalism and hospitality is really commendable.Thanks to all staffs of The Garden as well who remembered my personal choice and preferences ( used to find glasses full of my favorite fruit juices on table even before I would occupy them)The front-desk executives were extremely co-operative and well-behaved. The hotel hosts a swimming pool at the top which was absolutely fabulous.Overall, I would surely go back to stay there again should I revisit Abu Dhabi and it is strongly recommended!

Great central location.
Rooms large but slightly sterile with limited strage space meaning clothes had to be left in suitcase.
Also safe was not big enough to accommodate laptop making it necessary to check it in with concierge every time I went out.
Club lounge small and cramped, and not very well laid out but service was exceptionally good.
Service generally good but on departure I checked luggage with concierge who took 30 mins to locate when I came to pick it up.
