Very comfortable hotel to stay at, and will stay again. On arrival I greeted by Ziad special thanks he is is always hospitable and courteous.
Crowne Plaza is my address in Al Khobar :)

I arrived in the middle of the night and left in the middle of the night. in both instances reception staff were polite and helpful.

amenities are not that good

the tv channels are not suited for those exposed to western programs, the bathroom in my room has slow drain for the bathtub, the wifi works only in the receiving room, the electrical outlets need adapters for non Saudi appliances
