Had a great feeling about this hotel the moment I walked in the door - just had the right ambience. Proceeded to front desk where my feelings toward the greatness of this hotel were confirmed. Checked in around 6:30P and one person had left for dinner break. Unfortunately remember this, but not person's name checking me in. Was assigned a high floor room per my request and it was immaculate. Could tell that person taking care of room wanted guests to feel at home. Next visited the reception area where I was met by Havolin. Was in a bit of hurry and just wanted to see area, but Havolin was so conversational that had a drink and great conversation with her. She and front desk lady are great hotel assets and both went out of their way to bond with guests! Rarely eat at hotel restaurant, but everything going so well decided to dine inside and was really glad I did. Service

We held an event at this hotel which we do every year.
FRONT DESK - You know from statistics when people check-in there should have been more than 1-2 people upfront.
ROOMS - Even though I called a day in advance to confirm my reservation and asked for ealry check-in, out of the 4 rooms I reserved 1 was ready at 3 pm the others were not ready until after 6pm!
BANQUET DINNER - Service was alot to be desired, no water on table, place settings was horrible including the 2 uniquely small forks on table, not enough servers so food was cold by the time it got to you!
