Greektown Crowne Plaza

Great location with grocery store, Walgreens and starbucks right across the street. Free shuttle to Sears tower although it's only a 15 minute walk. Staff was wonderful. One downside for Platinum members is no club.

Hotel is ok. Needs updated room is very average nothing special. I expected more from a Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Great Service and Even Better Location

Traveled with 3 family members, including 1 wheelchair.
All associates were welcoming, efficient and extremely helpful. More important, they seemed to enjoy their jobs.
Hotel is located just a few blocks from L station in Greektown.
Handicap accessible room was great but a tight fit since we required 2 beds and had the wheelchair. Overall, the room was well maintained, great lighting, bathroom and was clean.
Only downside was no refrigerator in room. This was our only concern as we were on a road trip and had items to cool.
Overall, I would stay here again, as well as other Crowne Plaza and IHG properties.
