服务一般,不像洲际旗下酒店标准

酒店进门是温泉,不像一个五星标准的酒店,而且服务比较差,大堂吧进去无人问津,坐了十多分钟,叫了服务员都半天不过来,点了单服务也跟不上。

I do a lot of business travel in China and frequent many IHG hotels. This hotel was underwhelming for a Crowne Plaza. I did not get a warm welcome or any acknowledgement of my reward status. The entrance to the hotel is at street level, but reception is one floor above - with no signs or direction arrows to guide you. I arrived later in the evening, and there were no concierge or service staff to help. I had to wait at the reception counter for a few minutes before they realized I was there.
Elevators were extremely small, and had no signage as to what floor was for breakfast or check out.
The room was small but comfortable. It felt a bit outdated and due for a remodel.
Upon checkout, everything was ok with the bill, but sleeping employee should be moved to be back of the house, not at the reception desk. This shows lack of professionalism, and is not what I expect from a Crowne Plaza

房间里有蟑螂,真闹心。。

很闹心的入住体验。1.没有酒廊,HH只能在大堂吧点。餐单上的很多东西没有,点了一点点东西,但是速度实在实在太慢了,差点误事。出门还要签字。。。2.极难打车。极难打车。3.最最重要的。房间里面居然有蟑螂!!!打开桌上点餐簿,一只拇指大的蟑螂窜了出来,逃到柜子下面了。。更难受的是,放在旁边的欢迎水果已经吃下去了。。致电前台,换了一间房间。。但是半夜2点回来以后,发现给的是一间吸烟房,立刻逃了出来。。难道看不见我预定的是无烟房吗?想到是半夜两点,不想再麻烦酒店,就和蟑螂同屋一晚。。4.退房两个多礼拜了,积分和房晚一直 不到。两次致电酒店,也没有解决。一会说系统里看不到我的会员号,一会说我是第一次住他们酒店,没有登记会员号。没有会员号,我能订到6折房?没有我的会员号,能给我酒廊的使用权?

公司统一预订的商务酒店。预订期间有点曲折,甚至有点不愉快。但是入住后的体验不错。酒店布局挺好,隔音不错,所以休息的很好。信价比在重庆一般,如果是洲际会员的话,可以选择这家出行。
