Overall happy with the hotel staff and service. Food is always good room service always on time. Like it better it seems there is more staff at bar and for room service

One night stay

We stayed for one night after a wedding reception. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would change is have a refrigerator standard in all rooms.

There was noise in the walls (running water) in room 520 all night both nights that disturbed my guest. My fathers room (530) never got cleaned and he ran out of toilet paper. The suite (room 511) did not have a full length mirror even thou it was spefically for a bride. I blocked off 40 rooms and no one ever came to see me to see if everything was ok - you would think someone would say a simple hello and thank you for the business.

Dear Simgene; Thank you for booking the guest rooms for your special day. Our sincere apologize for the troubles you mention in your review. We have provided this feedback to our Executive Housekeeper to find out why the one room was not clean, we want to make sure the room did not have the "do not disturb" sign, which would have our staff not be able to enter the guest room. Our guest rooms offer the full length mirror's however the parlor suites attached do not. I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the suite request. We truly appreciate our all of our guest and the the wedding couples that take to set up the courtesy room blocks for their guest.
