Clean, Comfortable, Courteous

The hotel was clean, modern, and up-to-date. The staff was courteous. Our accomodations were quite comfortable. The food options within the hotel were a little pricey, but there is a nice diner across the street.

Thinking about staying at Crowne Plaza Edison NJ?

(1) Don't expect anything from the concierge at the door because he will ignore you like you don't exist.
(2) Don't expect any courtesy from the front desk staff if you pay your room with IHG reward points.
(3) Don't expect cleanliness at the room because you may check into a room that has not been thoroughly cleaned for a while.
(4) Don't expect expeditious service for your breakfast because there will be only one waiter for the whole dining room.
